Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Schpk.  All orders are processed and shipped subject to the terms below.
1. Order Processing & Handling
All orders are processed within  1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or U.S. holidays.
  • Personalized Items: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for custom or handmade orders.
  • High Volume: During peak seasons or promotional periods, processing may experience slight delays.
2. Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Note: Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to inclement weather or high carrier volume.
3. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, which will include your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.
4. P.O. Boxes and International Shipping
  • P.O. Boxes: Schok does ship to P.O. boxes.
  • International: We do not ship internationally.
5. Damages and Lost Packages
Schok is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please save all packaging materials and file a claim directly with the shipment carrier.
