HOW TO PREPARE FOR FAST WARRANTY SERVICE:

STEP ONE:

  1. Analyze the problem.
  2. Search the online tutorial videos.
  3. Go to the MySchok app FAQ section or webpage at www.schokgear.com.

STEP TWO:

  1. Identify your device model number.
  2. Identify your device Serial Number (SN).
  3. Identify your device IMEI.
  4. Provide place and date of purchase.

STEP THREE:

  1. Send an email to support@schokgear.com.
  2. Call our toll-free number 1-888-48-SCHOK.

STEP FOUR:

A service representative will work with you to find a solution and will direct you regarding next steps. We will make it right!

Even if your Schok device has officially entered end of production, we have the commitment to keep 3 years of spare parts and accessories. Another good reason to have a Schok product.
