- All Schok products are manufactured with the best quality standards to offer years of trouble-free operation. Nevertheless, In the situation that this unit is not working correctly or it is defective in workmanship or materials we will repair or replace it (at our option) free of charge for 12 months from the date of purchase.
- For easier and faster warranty service, the owner has to present the original receipt and the defective product to the store or place where it was purchased. If the product is still in warranty, Schok will be happy to repair or replace the unit free of charge.
